Jo Holley
Television Presenter
Born in Gisborne, Jo Holley‘s first taste of presenting was at age 11 as her school's news reporter, since then presenting has been her main passion. Jo was very active during her school years and loved giving everything a go. She was very academic and represented her schools in sports, speeches, debating, choir, school prefect and was her schools government liaison and was right into theatre both in and out of school.

Jo started modeling when she was young & trained models when she was 14. In 2005, Jo received the call up to host Squirt the TV2 kids show.

Nowadays, Jo wears many hats and loves how every day is always different. She keeps busy managing her TV Production & Events company "It's All On Media" & her festival camping business "Hook Us Up".

She is an MC hosting numerous events like Movember, Queenstown Winterfestival, All Blacks Roadshow, NZ Body Art Awards and many more.

She's still modeling, is a qualified personal trainer, an actress & has had roles in a series of films such as "Sione's Wedding 2" Bollywood Movie "Players", Mini-Series Hercules, TV Shows Kids Own Awards, Studio 2, The Mike King Show, Amazing Extraordinary Friends,(to name a few) loads of short films & online videos. Some adverts you may have seen her in include: Ingham's Chicken when she turns her neck around, Thin Lizzy, ASB Bank, New World and Fusion Marine. She has also scripted & acted as an animated character on Studio 2 called Fit Girl.

Where Jo's most at home is TV presenting & producing from kids TV, sports shows, entertainment, fashion, online videos & currently she's been co-hosting on Matt Watson's program The ITM Fishing Show.

In her spare time Jo loves hanging with her whanau & friends, traveling, watching animated movies, fishing & diving and going to the gym.

She donates hours of time to charities with her huge passion for encouraging Rangatahi, and loves helping people to change their ways, get healthy and push play.

Her key message for youth is "Don't be afraid to ask for help, believe in yourself & tautoko (support) each other along the journey and go after your dreams. Always remember YOU CAN DO IT."
