CV: Kathryn grew up on a dairy farm in the Waikato and has always been competitive in all sports. Kathryn would clean up at all the sports days and cross country events at her primary school which prompted her to continue with athletics. Throughout High School she continued competing and then achieved her first national secondary title. She was then was offered a full scholarship to the University of Tulsa Oklahoma USA for four years.

Sport and study was an amazing experience and when she returned home to New Zealand was selected for the 2014 Commonwealth Games as part of the 4x4 relay team. Since then she has competed all over the world and has met a lot of really cool people the MOST famous being none other than Usain Bolt last month 

Kathryn is now focusing on the World Champs in London in August and the next Comm games in April 2018 in Gold Coast.
