The Duffy Books in Homes Theatre in Education Touring Show (better known as the Duffy Theatre) travels to each of the schools on the Duffy Books in Homes programme, bringing live theatre to over 90,000 Duffy kids each year.

2008 is going to be the biggest year ever for the Duffy Theatre! For the first time we will have TWO theatre groups travelling around New Zealand to ensure that all Duffy kids get the chance to see this great show each year.

That’s not the only change. The 2008 theatre groups will be performing a brand new show - Duffy and the Time Machine. Duffy kids will be enthralled with the story of Duffy building a time machine to help his koro recover lost memories – all with the help of reading!

The Duffy Theatre would not be possible without the ability to get around the country safely and reliably. We would like to wholeheartedly thank Orix New Zealand and Esanda Fleet Partners for enabling us to get the show on the road!
